Last updated: February 10, 2026 · Applies to visitors and users in Canada and the United States

This Privacy Policy explains how BetSuite handles personal information collected through betsuite.ai and the BetSuite waitlist. As product features launch, we will update this policy to describe any additional data handling. Questions? Email info@betsuite.ai.

1. Who We Are

BetSuite Inc. ("BetSuite," "we," "us") is a Canadian company and is the organization responsible for the personal information described in this policy. BetSuite is a sports arbitrage analytics and decision-support tool; it is not a sportsbook, does not accept or settle wagers, and does not hold betting funds. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@betsuite.ai.

2. Scope

This policy covers personal information we collect through the betsuite.ai website and our early-access waitlist and email program. It applies to individuals in Canada and the United States. If and when we release the BetSuite application and connected features, we will update this policy to describe the personal information those features handle.

3. Information We Collect

  • Email address that you provide when you join the waitlist or request early access or updates.
  • Name, where you provide it or where we derive a display name from your email address (for example, to personalize our emails to you).
  • Referral source, if you choose to tell us how you heard about us.
  • Messages you send us, such as the contents of support or contact requests.
  • Technical and usage information collected automatically when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type and settings, device information, referring page, and the pages you request. This is logged by our hosting and infrastructure providers through standard server logs and is used to operate, secure, and improve the site.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To send you the early-access updates and product news you requested, and to operate our waitlist.
  • To respond to your questions and support requests.
  • To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights, users, and the Service.

We rely on your consent to send you marketing and early-access communications (which you can withdraw at any time), and on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site. We do not use your personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Apart from the limited cases described below, we disclose personal information only to service providers that process it on our behalf, under contract and only as needed to provide the service, including:

  • Google (Google Apps Script and Google Sheets): to receive and store waitlist and contact submissions.
  • Mailgun: to deliver our emails, including the welcome email.
  • Vercel: to host and serve the website.

We may also disclose personal information where required by law, to comply with valid legal process, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (with continued protection of your information).

6. International / Cross-Border Transfers

BetSuite is based in Canada, and the service providers listed above are located in, and store and process data in, the United States. This means your personal information is transferred to, stored, and processed outside your province, territory, or state, including in the United States, and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions, including lawful access by courts, law enforcement, and government authorities. By using the site and providing your information, you acknowledge and consent to these cross-border transfers. We take steps intended to ensure your information continues to be protected in accordance with this policy.

7. Data Retention

We keep waitlist and contact information for as long as needed to provide early access and the communications you requested, and until you ask us to delete it or you unsubscribe. After that, we retain only what is reasonably necessary to honor your request, resolve disputes, and meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.

8. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, appropriate to its sensitivity. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach of security safeguards involving your personal information that poses a real risk of significant harm, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Everyone: You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message, or by contacting us. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing info@betsuite.ai.

Canada (PIPEDA): You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent to our use of it (which may limit our ability to provide certain communications). We will respond within the timeframe required by law (generally 30 days). If you have a concern we cannot resolve, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

California (CCPA/CPRA): If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; to request access to, correction of, and deletion of your personal information; and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To exercise these rights, email info@betsuite.ai; we may need to verify your identity before responding.

If you reside elsewhere and local law grants you additional privacy rights, contact us and we will honor rights that apply to you.

10. Cookies and Analytics

betsuite.ai uses only the cookies and similar technologies necessary for the site to function and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites for advertising. If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.

11. Children and Minimum Age

BetSuite and this website are intended only for adults who are at or above the legal age for sports betting in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone below that age. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us at info@betsuite.ai and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the site after an update takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
