Terms & Conditions

About BetSuite
BetSuite is a sports arbitrage tool for desktop. It identifies real-time arbitrage opportunities across sportsbooks and can pre-fill bet slips for you to review, but it is not a sportsbook: it does not accept, place, or settle wagers, does not hold funds, and does not place bets automatically. You start each session, review every opportunity, and place every bet yourself on the sportsbook's own website. This "About" summary is a plain-language description provided for context only; it is not part of the binding agreement, and the numbered sections below govern your use of the Service.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BetSuite software, web application, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by BetSuite Inc. ("BetSuite," "we," or "us"; contact: info@betsuite.ai). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
BetSuite is an odds and betting-analytics tool. BetSuite is not a sportsbook, betting exchange, broker, financial advisor, or gambling operator, and it does not accept or settle wagers or hold customer funds. All wagers are exclusively between you and third-party gambling operators ("Sportsbooks").
The Service is offered by BetSuite Inc., a Canadian company, and is intended for use only in jurisdictions within Canada and the United States where online sports betting and the use of betting-related tools are lawful. Availability and legality vary by province, territory, and state. You are responsible for ensuring that your access and use comply with the laws of your province, territory, or state and any other applicable law.
2. Eligibility and Lawful Use
You may use the Service only if you are eligible and legally permitted to do so. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- Minimum Age: You are at least the minimum legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction. BetSuite may, where permitted by law, request information to verify your identity and age. If you do not provide requested information, BetSuite may suspend or terminate access.
- Legal Permission: You are legally permitted to engage in sports betting and to use betting-related tools in your jurisdiction.
- No Prohibition: You are not a person or entity prohibited from gambling or from receiving gambling-related services under any applicable laws, regulations, league rules, or employer policies.
- Appropriate Jurisdiction: You will not access or use the Service from any jurisdiction where such access or use is illegal or where BetSuite has restricted access. Availability and regulation of online sports betting and betting-related tools vary across Canadian provinces and territories and across U.S. states. You must not use the Service in any province, territory, or state where online sports betting or the use of betting-related tools is unlawful, restricted, or inconsistent with applicable operator or regulatory requirements.
- Responsibility for Legality: You are solely responsible for determining whether and how you may lawfully use the Service and place any wagers with any Sportsbook. BetSuite does not provide legal advice and makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or lawful for use in any particular location.
3. Nature of the Service (No Betting, No Custody)
The Service provides information and tools intended to assist with sports betting activities, including but not limited to:
- Scanning, aggregating, and analyzing sports betting odds and lines across multiple Sportsbooks.
- Identifying potential arbitrage opportunities and mispriced lines.
- Assisting with the pre-filling of bet slips on third-party Sportsbooks that you choose to use.
However, BetSuite does not:
- Accept, place, settle, or otherwise intermediate wagers on your behalf.
- Open or manage Sportsbook accounts on your behalf.
- Hold or control any funds used for wagering.
Any wagers you decide to place are executed solely between you and the relevant Sportsbook. You remain entirely responsible for reviewing, confirming, and submitting all wagering details (including selection, odds, stake amount, and any other terms) before finalizing any bet with a Sportsbook.
No Agency: BetSuite acts solely as a technology provider and does not act as your agent, broker, fiduciary, or advisor in connection with any wagering decisions or transactions.
4. Fees and Payments
If the Service or any features are provided for a fee, you agree to pay all applicable charges, fees, and taxes in a timely manner and in accordance with any payment terms specified by BetSuite. All fees are in exchange for access to the Service's features and are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by BetSuite.
Subscriptions and Billing: If you purchase a subscription or other recurring access to the Service, you authorize BetSuite (or its third-party payment processor) to charge your provided payment method for the initial term and automatically for each renewal term unless and until you cancel. Subscription periods (e.g. monthly or annual) will renew automatically under the same conditions unless you cancel the subscription before the end of the then-current period. You may cancel at any time via your account settings or by contacting us, but no refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription period. After cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the period you have paid for, and the subscription will not renew thereafter.
Fee Changes: BetSuite may modify its fees or introduce new fees for the Service. If we do so and you have a paid subscription, we will provide advance notice of the change (for example, by updating these Terms and/or through an email or Service notification). Fee changes will apply at the start of the next billing cycle following the notice. If you do not agree to a fee change, you must cancel your subscription before the new fees take effect; otherwise, your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the fee change constitutes your acceptance of the revised fees.
Payment Information: You are responsible for providing valid payment information and keeping it up-to-date (e.g. if your card expires or billing address changes). You must promptly update your account for any changes to your billing information. If your payment method fails or an owed fee cannot be processed, BetSuite may suspend or revoke your access to the paid features of the Service until payment is successfully collected. BetSuite reserves the right to pursue any amounts you fail to pay in a timely manner, and you will be responsible for any costs of collection (including reasonable legal fees) incurred by us.
5. User Responsibilities
When using BetSuite, you are expected to act responsibly and adhere to the following obligations:
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your BetSuite account credentials, as well as any login credentials for Sportsbook accounts that you use in conjunction with the Service. Do not share your account credentials with others, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach of your BetSuite account.
- Bet Verification: You are responsible for verifying all details of any bet (including the chosen side or team, the odds, stake amount, market, and any other relevant terms) before placing the wager with a Sportsbook. BetSuite may assist in filling out bet slips, but you must review every bet for accuracy prior to submission.
- Compliance with Laws and Rules: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as the terms and conditions of any Sportsbook you use. This includes, for example, abiding by any Sportsbook rules on betting limits, market restrictions, prohibited actions, and responsible gambling measures.
- Compliance Cooperation: You agree to cooperate with BetSuite in good faith regarding any compliance inquiries and to promptly provide information reasonably requested to assess or address potential legal or policy issues related to your use.
Furthermore, you must not:
- Use the Service in any manner that violates any law, regulation, or Sportsbook rule.
- Use the Service to automate or attempt to automate betting in a way that circumvents or interferes with a Sportsbook's own controls, security measures, or responsible-gambling tools. For example, do not use BetSuite in conjunction with scripts, bots, or other automation to place bets if doing so violates a Sportsbook's terms or policies.
- Use the Service to access or interact with any gambling website or operator that is unlicensed or illegal in your jurisdiction.
6. No Guarantees and No "Risk-Free" Betting
Sports betting is inherently risky, and you may lose money. Any probabilities, expected values, "edges," or arbitrage opportunities shown by the Service are estimates only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated by the time you attempt to place a bet. All betting decisions you make are ultimately your own responsibility.
BetSuite does not guarantee:
- That any arbitrage or mispricing opportunity identified by the Service will remain available by the time you try to act on it, or that it can be successfully executed.
- That any bet you attempt to place (using information or tools from the Service) will be accepted by the Sportsbook, or that the Sportsbook will honor the odds or payout in the manner you expected.
- Any particular level of profit, winning streak, return on investment, or other financial outcome from using the Service.
Any marketing materials, tutorials, or examples provided by BetSuite are intended for informational purposes only. They are not promises or guarantees of success, and they do not constitute financial advice or betting advice. Always use your own judgment and gamble responsibly, and never bet more than you can afford to lose.
7. Third-Party Sportsbooks and Services
The Service may display information about, or include links or integrations to, third-party Sportsbooks and other services. Please note that BetSuite does not own, operate, or control any third-party Sportsbook or service. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of any third party, including the content, accuracy, availability, or policies of any external websites or services.
Any relationship or transaction between you and a Sportsbook, such as creating a Sportsbook account, depositing or withdrawing money, placing bets, the settlement of bets, disputes or complaints, the application of betting limits, or account suspension or closure, exists solely between you and that Sportsbook. BetSuite is not a party to any such relationship and has no authority or responsibility to intervene in any issues arising between you and a Sportsbook. If you encounter a problem with a bet or a Sportsbook account, you must address it with the relevant Sportsbook, not with BetSuite.
No Endorsement: References to any Sportsbook or third-party service are for informational purposes only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship.
Independent Terms: Your use of any Sportsbook remains subject to that operator's own terms, rules, and responsible gambling requirements, which you must review and comply with independently.
8. Data, Integrations, and Security
BetSuite may offer optional features that allow you to import, view, or manage data related to your betting activity. For example, we might provide a browser extension or other tool that can fetch odds, track your bets, or pre-fill information on a Sportsbook site. If you choose to use such features, you understand that they may involve integrations with third-party software or services, and they may require you to grant certain permissions (such as allowing access to your browser data or Sportsbook account information).
By enabling or using these features, you authorize BetSuite to process and store the data you provide (or data retrieved on your behalf) solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service, and in accordance with the BetSuite Privacy Policy. We will handle any personal or betting data in line with our Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to review to understand how your information is collected and used.
You remain responsible for:
- Managing Third-Party Access: Granting and revoking any permissions to third-party tools or services that you use in connection with BetSuite. For instance, if you use a third-party data provider or a BetSuite browser plugin, you are responsible for understanding what access you are giving and revoking it if you no longer want to use that integration.
- Compliance with Sportsbook Terms: Ensuring that your use of any BetSuite features (including data integrations or automated tools) does not violate the terms and conditions of any Sportsbook or any applicable law. For example, if a Sportsbook prohibits automated data scraping or auto-betting, you must not use the Service in a way that breaches those rules.
- Device Security: Maintaining appropriate security on your devices. While BetSuite strives to maintain a secure Service, we cannot guarantee that integrations or data transfers will be free of risk. Use good judgment and security practices (like keeping your software up to date and using secure networks) when using the Service, especially when connecting it with other accounts or tools.
BetSuite will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws (including, as applicable, Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and U.S. state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA). You consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and storage of personal information, including cross-border transfers to service providers located in the United States, as described in the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that no integration or data transmission is perfectly secure and agree to implement reasonable safeguards on your systems (including updated software, strong authentication, and secure networks).
9. License, Acceptable Use, and Intellectual Property
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BetSuite grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, lawful use. This means you may use the Service and its content for your own betting analysis and decision-making, but only as permitted by these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
Prohibited Uses: You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:
- Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover or derive the source code or underlying algorithms of any part of the Service, except to the limited extent that such activity is expressly allowed by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
- No Automated or AI-Assisted Analysis: Submit, upload, or provide any part of the Service, its code, its interfaces, or its outputs to any third party, software, or automated system, including any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning tool, for the purpose of analyzing, reconstructing, replicating, or reverse engineering the Service; or use the Service, its code, or its outputs to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or develop any competing product, model, or automated system. This restriction applies except to the limited extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
- Unauthorized Data Extraction: Scrape, harvest, crawl, or copy data from the Service (whether manually or using automated tools like bots, spiders, or scrapers) for any purpose not authorized by BetSuite. In particular, you must not gather data from the Service to build or enhance a competing service or for any form of bulk data collection that could harm our business or servers.
- Automated Access: Use bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the Service in a manner beyond what is explicitly permitted. (If BetSuite offers an API or export feature and you use it in accordance with our guidelines, that is permitted; otherwise, automated access is prohibited.)
- Service Interference: Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to undermine the proper working of the Service. This includes not attempting to bypass any security measures, access controls, or usage limits that we implement, and not engaging in any activity that could overwhelm or impair the Service's infrastructure (such as a denial-of-service attack).
- No Resale or Redistribution: Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise provide the Service or its outputs to any third party, or operate the Service on a service-bureau or time-sharing basis for the benefit of others.
All intellectual property and proprietary rights in the Service (including all software, code, databases, analytics, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks provided by BetSuite) are owned by BetSuite or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you through these Terms or by your use of the Service. You agree not to remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices on any content or software in the Service.
For clarity, any third-party trademarks, service marks, or logos that may appear within the Service (for example, the names or logos of Sportsbooks whose odds are displayed) are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in the Service is for reference purposes only and does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation by or with BetSuite.
You acknowledge that a breach of the reverse-engineering, automated-analysis, and intellectual-property restrictions in this Section may cause irreparable harm to BetSuite for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and that BetSuite may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in addition to any other remedy available at law.
10. Beta Program, Confidentiality, and Feedback
From time to time, BetSuite may make pre-release, beta, or early-access versions of the Service available, including through an early-access or waitlist program (the "Beta Service"). The Beta Service and any non-public information you obtain about it, including its features, user interface, designs, screens, workflows, methodologies, pricing, roadmap, and performance data (collectively, "Confidential Information"), are the confidential and proprietary property of BetSuite.
By registering for, accessing, or using the Beta Service, you agree that you will:
- use the Confidential Information solely for your own permitted use of the Service and for no other purpose;
- not disclose, publish, or share the Confidential Information with any third party; and
- not use the Confidential Information to design, develop, market, or operate any product or service that competes with the Service, or to assist any third party in doing so.
These obligations supplement, and do not limit, the intellectual-property and acceptable-use restrictions in Section 9. Your confidentiality obligations continue for three (3) years after the relevant information is disclosed, or until BetSuite makes the information publicly available, whichever occurs first, and survive termination of these Terms. The Beta Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis under Section 11 and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Exclusions. Confidential Information does not include information that: (a) is or becomes publicly available through no act or omission of yours; (b) was lawfully known to you, without a duty of confidentiality, before BetSuite disclosed it; (c) you independently develop without use of or reference to the Confidential Information; or (d) you rightfully receive from a third party without a duty of confidentiality. If you are required by law, regulation, or valid legal process to disclose Confidential Information, you may do so only to the extent required and, where legally permitted, will give BetSuite prompt written notice so that it may seek a protective order or other remedy.
Feedback. If you provide BetSuite with any suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback about the Service (including the Beta Service), you grant BetSuite a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the Service and BetSuite's products and services for any purpose, without any obligation, compensation, credit, or attribution to you.
11. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. BETSUITE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Without limiting the foregoing, BetSuite does not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
- Any odds, lines, markets, or other data displayed through the Service will be current, accurate, or complete at the time you see them.
- Any detected betting opportunity (such as an arbitrage or "sure bet") can or will be executed or settled in a way that yields profit to you.
You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. BetSuite makes no guarantee that using the Service will increase your winnings or guarantee any outcome. All information and features provided are for informational and analytical purposes, and are provided without any assurance that they will meet your needs or expectations.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BETSUITE AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF BETSUITE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
FURTHERMORE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BETSUITE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES YOU HAVE PAID TO BETSUITE FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100).
The limitations of liability in this section apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise). These limits are a fundamental part of the agreement between you and BetSuite and shall apply even if any limited remedy is deemed to fail its essential purpose.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BetSuite and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your Use of the Service: Any use of the Service or activities related to your account, including any data or content you access or obtain through the Service, and any actions you take based on information provided by the Service.
- Your Violation of Terms: Your breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Unlawful or Wrongful Conduct: Your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or your violation of any third-party rights in connection with your use of the Service. This includes, for example, claims that you engaged in illegal gambling activities or violated a Sportsbook's terms due to something you did with information from BetSuite.
- Third-Party Rights: Any claim that your use of the Service infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
BetSuite reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you (in which case you agree to cooperate with BetSuite in defending such matter). This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your use of the Service or the termination of these Terms.
Provider Infringement Remedy: If the Service (as provided by BetSuite) is alleged to infringe the intellectual-property rights of a third party, BetSuite may, at its option and expense, (a) modify the Service to be non-infringing, (b) procure the right for you to continue using the Service, or (c) terminate the affected features and provide a pro-rated refund of any prepaid fees for the remaining term. This paragraph states BetSuite's entire liability and your exclusive remedy for any claim that the Service itself infringes third-party intellectual-property rights.
14. Changes to the Service or Terms; Termination; Governing Law
Changes to Service or Terms: BetSuite may modify the Service and may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change to these Terms, we will update the "Effective Date" above and provide additional notice as appropriate (for example, by email or an in-Service notification if the changes significantly affect your rights or obligations). We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective will constitute your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the Service and (if applicable) cancel any subscription.
Suspension or Termination: BetSuite may suspend or terminate your access to the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, violated applicable law, or if we discontinue the Service. We may also suspend the Service or your account for security reasons, for scheduled or emergency maintenance, or in other circumstances as we see fit to protect the integrity of the Service. If your account is terminated by us due to a breach of these Terms, you may not create a new account or access the Service without our prior written permission. If we terminate your access without cause (that is, other than for your breach, your unlawful use, or where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the Service or other users), and you have prepaid for a subscription period, we will provide a pro-rated refund of the prepaid fees for the unused portion of that period. You are free to stop using the Service and/or delete your account at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, and governing law) will continue to apply even after your use of the Service ends.
Informal Resolution First: Before starting any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact BetSuite at info@betsuite.ai with a written description of the dispute and to work with us in good faith to resolve it for at least thirty (30) days after that notice.
Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would apply the laws of another jurisdiction.
Jurisdiction: Subject to the mandatory-law provision below, and except where prohibited by applicable law, any dispute not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and you and BetSuite each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Mandatory Local Law (Canada and the United States): Nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of, or your right to bring proceedings under, any mandatory consumer-protection or other law of your home province, territory, or state that cannot be waived by agreement. If you are a consumer resident in a Canadian province or territory (for example, Ontario or Quebec) or a U.S. state whose laws grant you rights or a forum that cannot be contractually waived, those rights and that forum continue to apply to you notwithstanding the Governing Law and Jurisdiction provisions above.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable (if possible), and the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect. If a provision is so fundamental that such modification cannot achieve the intent of the parties, it shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall still be valid and enforceable.
16. Force Majeure
BetSuite will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, disruptions of telecommunications or networks, power failures, pandemics, acts of government, or denial-of-service attacks. If such an event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the impacted portions of the Service upon notice.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms (along with any additional rules, guidelines, or policies that are incorporated by reference, such as the BetSuite Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and BetSuite with respect to the Service. This means they supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, negotiations, or communications (whether written or oral) between you and BetSuite regarding the Service. You acknowledge that you are not relying on any statement or promise that is not expressly stated in these Terms.
18. No Waiver
No failure or delay by BetSuite in exercising any right or enforcing any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver by BetSuite of any breach of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach. Even if BetSuite chooses to not enforce a particular part of these Terms in some instance, it does not mean we give up the right to enforce it (or any other part of these Terms) in other instances. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of BetSuite.
19. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without BetSuite's prior written consent. Any attempt to do so without consent will be null and void. BetSuite may freely assign or transfer these Terms (in whole or in part), including any rights or obligations hereunder, to any third party without notice or consent. For example, assignment may occur in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets, or by operation of law. These Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective permitted successors and assigns.
20. Electronic Acceptance and Communications
You agree that your electronic acceptance of these Terms, including by clicking a button or checkbox indicating agreement, creating an account, registering your email, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature and forms a binding agreement between you and BetSuite. You consent to receive these Terms, notices, disclosures, and other communications from BetSuite electronically, by email or through the Service, and you agree that electronic delivery satisfies any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
21. Notices
BetSuite may provide notices to you by email to the address associated with your account, or by posting within the Service or on betsuite.ai. You may send BetSuite legal notices by email to info@betsuite.ai. Notices are deemed given when the email is sent or when the notice is posted, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
22. No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms are for the sole benefit of you and BetSuite and your and our respective permitted successors and assigns. They do not confer any right or remedy on any other person or entity.
23. Export and Sanctions Compliance
You represent and warrant that you are not located in, and are not a citizen, national, or resident of, any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not a person or entity with whom dealings are restricted under the sanctions or export-control laws of Canada or the United States. You agree not to use, export, or re-export the Service in violation of any applicable export-control or sanctions laws.
24. Responsible Gambling
BetSuite is a decision-support tool, not a sportsbook, and it does not encourage you to bet beyond your means. Sports betting involves real financial risk; never bet more than you can afford to lose. If you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, confidential help is available. In Canada, contact your province's or territory's problem-gambling helpline (in Ontario, ConnexOntario at 1-866-531-2600). In the United States, contact the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537).
25. Headings and Interpretation
Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms. The words "including" and "for example" are illustrative and not limiting. The "About BetSuite" summary above is descriptive context only and is not operative. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any policy incorporated by reference, these Terms govern unless that policy expressly states otherwise.
